We are Mammoth Records NSG, a New Sound Group of five artists, and growing. We have produced five albums in the last two years, one for each member’s original music. We are a fiery creative team with many talents and perspectives, collaborating to realize each other’s artistic visions. Each project has expanded our creative language, deepened the bonds within the group, and with our listeners. Each member brings their unique skills: writing and arranging, mixing and sound, production and management. We move fluidly between these areas, trading skills and knowledge, cultivating a dynamic working culture of service to the music above all.

 

Our group formed against many odds. Eilon was a classical cellist; Gal a Jazz pianist; Sun a rock guitarist; Daniel an Opera singer, and Ari a musical theatre composer. Since we began creating together, each one of us has expanded beyond the limitations of our education and upbringing. Today our music spans from indie folk and pop music, instrumental Jazz, neo-classical rock, and contemporary musical theatre. We are constantly searching for new musical flavors, for immersive artistic experiences, and opportunities for connection with new listeners.

We believe in music made with love and devotion, with respect for the muse and the process; made with patience and persistence, at the highest quality. We call it organic music and we have seen and experienced first hand its transformative powers: the way the sound and the story unfold as each artist steps into their leadership; the way the songs bind us together and show us the way forward. 

 

We are refining our science of the ideal creative environment for the artist to flourish. The shifting balance of patience and momentum, of autonomy and democracy, of listening and sharing, of together and apart. We believe that the music writes itself, and our job together is to help it find its way to light - sometimes by ushering it in and other times by staying out of its way. 

 

We want to share our music, and our way of making music with the world. Festivals, tours, intimate and large scale productions, live and recorded. We want music rich in stories, born from inspired creative partnerships, saturated in sincerity and emotion. We want to get to all the corners of the earth where there are still people who want to feel something.
